When darkness turns to light

i went to a concert for the first time in my life yesterday - the All American Rejects live in Malaysia :D 

the loooong queue at the security. we reached there quite late but luckily we managed to squeeze in from the side through an unblocked fence :D

and after ten or fifteen minutes of jostling we were inside already! i brought a cap along just in case it rains. i didn't bring my camera though as it's not compact enough to be put in pockets and i'm worried of its safety in the crowd because i'm a very clumsy person T_T. Yifen brought an Olympus compact instead of her ultra cool D90.

the concert started with the performances of local bands but sadly i don't know any of them and their songs. our spot is quite strategic, only 3 or 4 people in front of us and thank god they are not very tall. wanted to join greg but because we went in quite late so it was near to impossible to find him in the huge crowd. and so i didn't get to meet his 'special date'. :(

it drizzled halfway through the concert but thank god i brought my cap! anyway, after the looong performance by the locals band, finally it's the AAR!! <3 <3

people from the back kept pushing us and suddenly we became closer to the stage. i can even touch the fence that separate the stage and the crowd wtf. and when the band were performing 'The Wind Blows' (i think so, can't really remember), Tyson came down to the crowd and sang right in front of us! he took away the pointy witch hat of the girl in front of me and wore it. and i get to touch his sweaty hand and ruffle his sweaty hair!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha it was very gross but i think the fans all went crazy already, especially the girl in front of me because after that she held her worn-by-tyson-hat and kept screaming oh my god oh my god.

by the time the concert ended, i can't feel my legs anymore. but both of us enjoyed ourselves very much! and we cannot stop yelling typing "I WANNA I WANNA I WANNA TOUCH YOU" at each other in msn.

last but not least, many thanks to Yifen for:

2. grabbing my hands when we were jostling so that i don't look like a lost child wtf
3. letting me to raid her camera until she has to use her handphone camera .. gosh i'm such a horrible friend
4. letting the short me to stand on better spot so that i can see clearer

8. being the best person to go with for the AAR concert!
